Whoomp There It Is: Marty Golden Out Of The Closet?

Note to fellow "Watchers:" We have been waiting for the decision in the lawsuit filed against the Brooklyn Republican Party by Marty Golden loyalists before publishing our next post but this target of opportunity was just too good to pass up.

It seems like "Republican" State Senator Marty Golden got caught having a top secret meeting with fellow traveler Bill deBlasio in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The brain-trust that advises the RINO senator and operates all of his social media accounts tweeted a picture of the pair with a waiter that "was not intended for the public."  Mr. Golden went on to say when asked why a supposedly private meeting was acknowledged on twitter "You know what, that's exactly what I asked my staff, It should not have gone up. But it did."

Why a secret meeting with a far left mayor?

How does the Chair of the Senate Select Committee on Science, Technology, Incubation and Entrepreneurship- or as he pronounces it "In-cah-bation," allow his staff to have 100% control over all social media with his (Marty Golden's) name and likeness attached and permit them to tweet such an embarrassing picture?

Maybe those questions and more can be asked and dodged during the upcoming Primary and General Election fights that the incumbent independent republicrat will face.

Stay tuned. The lawsuit coverage should start any day now.

If I were Michael Grimm I would be offended that Marty met with deBlasio in the congressman's district. Everyone knows that Golden, deBlasio, and Recchia are all old democratic friends from the city council.

Interestingly, Golden has placed himself between a rock and a liberal place by supporting universal pre-k which will force him to either support deBlasio's tax increase or Cuomo's tax increase. Talk about a stupid move politically before a primary!

Can State Senator Martin Golden explain why, if the biggest Pre-K program in US history, Project Head Start, was shown to have had no permanent beneficial effect on its participants, why he thinks another similar massive government program, such as "Universal pre-K," is a good idea?
